BALI SCHOOL PROJECT 2026 As you may be aware, alongside Makasi’s growing presence in Bali over the last few years, we’ve been giving back to the local community by contributing to projects benefiting the families of our Indonesian employees. The school in Bali that we’ve been sponsoring has gone from strength to strength and the Headmistress, Mrs Desak, has now been promoted to School Superintendent with responsibility for Elementary Schools in the whole of the Badung Regency - congratulations Mrs Desak! As part of Mrs Desak’s new role she has identified a different school - SD No. 4 Sudimara - where the Headmaster, Mr Manuaba, could do with a bit of help in building a new wall to fix damp and mould problems caused by water damage. Click the button below to view a video of the damage - we’ll keep you updated as work progresses. 2026 School Project So for our next community project we’re helping Mr Manuaba build a new wall to improve the school environment for his students, and we’re also going to buy the school a much needed classroom projector. Dan and Lisa strongly believe in the importance of giving back to the local community, and they’re looking forward to getting an update on this worthwhile new project during their upcoming shopping trip to Indonesia - watch this space! 2026 School Project
